  I have gone a few times for a pedicure and the service is generally adequate. However, the last 2 times, even though I had made an appointment, I had to wait more than 20 minutes. Not going back.

  Let's start with - I am picky. And not just with the quality of the finished product but with the level of attention my experience is given. The interior itself could use a little uplifting, but I was SO taken care of. Hands were cold and space heater came on.
  I get stiletto nails ( if you don't know, google it) and they aren't easy to perfect! I've been to so many different nail techs over the years in California and Washington State trying to find the right person to make my stilettos look amazing.. I found one, and they weren't invested in the experience just the overall finished product- which is fine, but not my preference when I pay up to $60 for nails.
  
  Simon NAILED IT! Pun intended. He had a sense of humor, along with professionalism and was artistic about my nails. Over the years, I've learned not to ask too much or they'll likely screw it up. So, I decided not to voice the "ombre idea" I had... but he did! It was like he read my mind. Any way, I won't be going anywhere else to get these nails done!
  
  Fully impressed! My phone won't email me the picture, but guarantee the ombre and stiletto are both ON POINT! (more pun intended)
